  • Have been purchased directly from Peachy™’s official website or an authorized retailer.


Peachy™ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale products;

  • Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification;

  • Products not purchased directly from Peachy™; and

  • Returns lacking a valid proof of purchase.


3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at shavepeachy@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and any supporting photographs if applicable. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return address.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Peachy™ is not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.


5. Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for a replacement of the same item if available. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued instead. All exchanges must meet the eligibility criteria described above.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact support@peachyofficial.com within 7 days of delivery. Include detailed photos or videos illustrating the issue. We will review your claim and, if verified, offer a replacement or full refund.
